How Coit Cleaning Leverages Reputation Messaging and Inbox

Here’s an example of a case study that I wrote. This client came up with the idea of launching text campaigns through the Inbox product.

The Challenge

Coit Cleaning had a growing and profitable business, yet in 2022 they faced some of the challenges that that many other businesses in the cleaning industry faced. Their target customers were not picking up their phones.

In 2022, with spam calls infiltrating voicemails, it’s quite normal for the consumers to simply not pick up. For Coit, a B2C company, this phenomenon was a big roadblock. After seeing how other B2C companies got through to their customers via text, Coit levered Reputation’s Messaging product to text their customers as well.

The Solution

Coit Cleaning used Messaging to launch and send promotional campaigns. Between April and July, they sent out 19,000 promotional messages offering clearances and discounts. They received thousands of responses back and used Inbox to quickly reply and turn the leads into sales opportunities.

Inbox & Messaging Results

Launching marketing campaigns proved to be a better way to reach customers. These text campaigns have generated the following results:

  • 14,000 messages
  • 88 sales opportunities (work orders)
  • Between $17-26k in revenue

Outcomes

The Coit Cleaning team now has an effective way to reach their target customers. As they build out more campaigns, they are adding in trackable links to their messages. As their customers click the links, they will be able to analyze what content the customers are interested in. This will then lead to Coit being able to improve their digital materials.

Conclusion
